Most real estate investors and realtors fear the hang up or are not able to locate correct phone numbers for the sellers they are looking for.

Im just looking for a little guidance to get started and then once i get the hang of it i could return the favor on a few deals of my own.

Hello,I have finished my Real Estate Salesperson license course and passed the licensing exam earlier today.I have 90 days to find a broker in Huntsville, Alabama to hang a license with.I'm looking to find an investor-friendly broker with minimal fees and decent commision splits.

Are you looking for someone to property manage your unit or are you looking for a brokerage where you can hang your real estate license once you get it? 

But first look into the requirements in your state and how much it will cost to hang your license with a brokerage.

I find if you want to get into this business it is better to hang with like minded folks. 

I think they are both overwhelmed with everything going on, and the house has been a Sword of Damocles hanging over their heads, so he was just relieved to hear I might be interested in it.The least muss and fuss for the both of them, the better.

I have a friend in Fl that has done well with tax deed sales as well but it may take some time to get the hang of it.
