Whats going on guys. My name is Jerome. Im fairly new to real estate and I want to get into wholesaling. I've done a ton of research, watched a thousand videos on YouTube, and I've even went to a few real estate classes. Im just looking for a little guidance to get started and then once i get the hang of it i could return the favor on a few deals of my own. You never know, we may have fun working multiple deals in the future
