Investor-friendly broker in Huntsville, Alabama to hang license?

Hello,

I have finished my Real Estate Salesperson license course and passed the licensing exam earlier today.

I have 90 days to find a broker in Huntsville, Alabama to hang a license with.

I'm looking to find an investor-friendly broker with minimal fees and decent commision splits. 

I was wondering if anyone knows of some specific brokers in the area or has any advice for finding a broker that would be a good fit for an investor licensee.

Hi David,

I am also brand new at this game, and this is actually my first post to BP. I live just West of Huntsville, and plan on investing in the Hville area as well as my own area, which is Athens, AL. 

I would like to invite you to the AlaREIA meeting in Huntsville next Saturday, May 6, starting at 9 am. @Brian Trippe and @Carl Randal will host the event at Keller-Williams Real Estate. Brian will be discussing Lease Options. I have attended two of these events so far, and they have been great. There are good networking opportunities and I'm sure there will be other investors and realtors there that can answer your questions.
