The financial statements are a pain to complete, but beyond that, a rent roll and copies of the lease, it was very little documentation.  

Most here seem to read the laws and take each letter literally and apply it to what they want to do, then look for justifications to avoid that road block.

Hey Account ClosedPlanning committees certainly have a way of making things MUCH more complicated than they need to be, sometimes seemingly just to make your life more difficult.However, a large part of what sets 'great' developers apart from those who are just 'good' is their ability to maneuver the city's planning process.It will always be a pain; but it's one of the neccassary evils in this business and, as such, is something you should not overlook mastering.
