Hey Account ClosedPlanning committees certainly have a way of making things MUCH more complicated than they need to be, sometimes seemingly just to make your life more difficult.However, a large part of what sets 'great' developers apart from those who are just 'good' is their ability to maneuver the city's planning process.It will always be a pain; but it's one of the neccassary evils in this business and, as such, is something you should not overlook mastering.
