It almost appears that there is a black/gray market MLS system that "wholesalers" are using here in South Florida.Also, seems to be some sort of pecking order. 

This property smelt extremely bad, had black mold and looked like it should have been condemned.

Pricepoint is also a great question to ask and style that you prefer (1 story, cape cod, two story).

Only things I’ve seen over the years are Gas Burner, Heat Pump, “Solar” (run the water through black piping exposed to the sun.) and once on the tv show thsi old home I saw an AC unit that dumped its heat to the pool.
