Hey guys I currently have 30 units locally in South Bay, Los Angeles County, Long Beach etc.  1-2 bedroom units.I was wondering if anyone who has several rental units has converted to air BnB short term rentals.

It is a 2600 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and an office.

So my grandma has a condo in a living trust and can’t have more than 2000 in her checking account for Medicaid qualification.
