If you want a place you can network with other investors without being sold something, that is the place I highly recommend and sometimes attend and you won't have to bring anything to the table.

I have heard about various schemes but never seen anyone really do it.I think if someone is issued a 2% ownership to play this game the knife could cut both ways, this means this renter owner can attend HOA meetings and cast a vote to paint the building pink and even run to be the treasurer of the HOA and assume partial control of HOA funds?
