Newbie from the Triangle, NC (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill)

Hi, I'm new to BP.... from the Triangle in NC (I live in Chapel Hill). I'm looking to get into rehabbing single family housing and then selling, or renting for a while if the market is soft. I own a seasonal rental condo at a beach in NC, and I built a house in the VA mountains, so I have some skills to rehab, I really enjoy doing this hands-on work, more than my full-time job! (I work for a tech company in RTP)... but real estate investing will need to be part-time for me until I retire. I've been spending a lot of time reading on BP...a ton of great info. Looking to hook up with some other local investors, been investigating into local clubs, hoping to find some local mentoring. Looking forward to learning from all of you!
