I often browse the site and post from my windows phone, a few weeks ago the @ mentions stopped functioning from the device.  

My biggest pet peeve that has caused me to churn through agents is they don't return phone calls in a timely manner.

Hi, I am in the process researching the Las Vegas & Tampa/Clearwater areas for multifamily units and would like to know if there are any brokers, property managers, lenders  and/or appraisers that would be willing to speak via phone for some questions about the area.Or - if you know anyone you could refer me to, that would be great also.Thanks!

But I was looking at multifamilies and asked renters who thier landlord was and a phone number.

there are a few that i have used in town, shoot me a msg or your phone number and i can give you some feedback, also depends on how far you want to go with the work.

Taking the phone calls from agents when you list. 

I'll explain the many reasons over the phone sometime.  

I sent 3000 of them and got 3 phone calls which is awful.

When I got off the phone with him, I looked up the property with the registry of deeds and found that it was some sort of holding company based out of Texas that was on the deed.   

Like writing something that's asking them are they looking to get rid of their property and/or looking to purchase more.Or just send the regular age old "I want to buy your house cash, close quick" blah blah blahAny help, comments, or opinions is appreciated in advance.ThanksMy experience says make the message sufficiently broad so that the phone rings, even if it generates calls from interested buyers.
