Oklahoma City foundation problem
I have a 2-story single family building that was renovated into a duplex (top and bottom).
The building was built in the 1930s and is on a crawl-space foundation.
I am experiencing cracks in the plaster in both units and my handyman believes that it's time to get an engineer out to look at foundation issues.
I'm hoping that someone here can refer me to both a structural engineer and foundation contractor? Also, if there is any advice, I'm all ears.
Thank you!
