Hi, I am in the process researching the Las Vegas & Tampa/Clearwater areas for multifamily units and would like to know if there are any brokers, property managers, lenders  and/or appraisers that would be willing to speak via phone for some questions about the area.

Or - if you know anyone you could refer me to, that would be great also.
