Get an application from each adult... especially the current boyfriend who will be staying in the house.

As far as my experience level, I have been a mechanic in the railroad and equipment industries for my entire adult life, so I am very mechanically inclined.

I am 33 as well and have basically lived 3 places in my "adult life".  

I always use a 2 page paper application for all adults who will live in the home and use my own service for a background checks.

If I charge $35 per adult and there is a chance petScreening.com finds that their ESA is bogus, they recognize their application fees could be at risk.  

Said this is the time to buy, time to grow up and be an adult. 

Is there a specific American business structure that I could use to invest in any state effectively & efficiently, or does the optimal corporate structure differ drastically from state to state?
