There have been high profile turn key providers that took down payments and never even started the job.

Can someone please help me understand and give me some advise on any unforeseen issues we may incur...Based in Phoenix, but the profile says Houston?

I am truly shocked by some of the FB profiles I've seen from people inquiring about the property.
