Any good references out here in Bigger Pockets land?

I know I get shut down a lot on BP for being equity heavy and debt light.. but its that net worth in my business that allows me to play in the new construction game.. without it.. would not get very far. 

Since you are renting an apartment for $900, realistically you are paying out of pocket $650 to live under a roof.

Hello everyone,I am new to Bigger Pockets and to real estate investing. 

If any experienced Realtors have any feedback about if there is any way I can get the BTSA into my pocket, that would be great.

But part of this game is following the Pareto Principle and building in a margin of safety for the big-ticket items. 

If you are thinking hard money you could offer her the equivalent that the points would be - pad her pockets a little more. 

Websites like Bigger Pockets make it look easy because of selection bias.

And Honestly no one said that This Real Estate Game was Easy, i had my fair share of struggles, still struggling a bit now but im not giving up, you shouldn't either, just know you aren't the 1st nor will be the last that starts to struggle in their RE Venture.
