New to BP - From Nor Cal!

Hey all, I listen to the podcast pretty frequently and thought I'd check out the community. I am new to real estate investing, but I did manage to buy 118 acres in Oregon last year at the age of 25. It's been a lifelong goal of mine to have land to keep as many cars on as I want, to build a homestead, grow food (ie permaculture), etc. I've been interested in real estate investing since I was young, especially after working on the pit crew of a race team owned by a commercial real estate investor. My passions are racing and automobiles in general, music, and video games. My hobbies are expensive! Both monetarily and in time, so I'm focusing on building passive income at a young age. Anyway, happy to be here, cheers!
