So now, VRBO has "restricted" all of the properties that we cancelled reservations for, in order to punish us.  

As someone in the greater Orlando market the cashflow numbers work the closer to the hood you are but I've been noticing a much higher vacancy rate at "market" rents. 

My question: I’m being told the city of Cleveland or the courts are requiring a “rental registration” before they will process the eviction.

The current owner transferred overseas, has the property currently under a 1 year lease, is looking to sell at the end the lease (Mar 25). 

I can raise the money from potential LPs but I do not have the skin in the game that I would need at the moment.

I say focus on one or the other and they're both basically the same business with the same customers. 

We were able to work a deal in the last 2 weeks before it was finalized, we had to pay the max amount of interest for back taxes and water bills and liens on the property.

Hi all - my business partner and I have found a nice property we are interested in and are trying to decide between a conventional 30 year through our lender, or the owner financing offered by the owner, which is as follows: Price is $280k, would need to put 30% down and it would be amortized over 15 years at 1% below market rate.
