With prospectnow.com some of the emails seemed fake, so we would cross-reference if we could but it did provide a good number of emails for folks who didn't have their property in an LLC.

If you picture a chart with purchase price versus rental income on the axis, where the two lines cross is the sweet spot.

Never wanted to cross that bridge to check on rentals.

Cross your fingers you hear back- if you don't you can try mailing them a follow up letter every month for a few months to see if they call/write back then.Cheers

Now start looking at the areas with many cross streets, this is where your population is.d.

.- Cross streets with signals- you want the traffic to slow down and stop and get bored, look around.- Up or down hill- Having a Driver go up or down hill towards the bench, forces them to wake up and analyze their surroundings.

What are the lot dimensions and what are the cross streets so I know which area of K town it is (K town can be very block to block)?
