I’m not locking anyone into a 12-month contract and I’m making this point known very early on.

In the meantime we spoke on the phone about a $15k deposit upfront to lock the property up this year.

High cash flow and built reserves to > 6 months, which were used to weather Maui's lock down on travel during COVID.
