My mere presence in that attorneys office does not create that privilege and I believe the same is true of a real estate agent and a seller.

It was like the renovations took an ungodly amount of time which isn't necessarily her fault but it just seems like this is the most god awful experience. 

@Jack Wyatt Jr I'd recommend trying to find a management company that has a presence in that area, and ideally an office location nearby.
