My name is Eric Rizzo. I have over 25 years experience in Land Surveying, General Construction, Civil Engineering & Land Development. My wife Shawna aka "The Rehab Chic" is a Florida State Licensed Contractor with 15 years running a multi million dollar construction company in Clearwater, FL. In the past several years, we've opening our own Real Estate Investing & Development Companies. Affordable Residential Renovations, LLC in an "investor friendly" redevelopment company that knows how to handle rehabs from start to finish, on budget & on time. On average we are doing 5-7 houses a month. Our goal is to continue growing while building relationships with other investors interested in Joint Ventures, Private Lending and/or growing your Self Directed IRA. We have a very well rounded team that can handle virtually any Real Estate related situation from investing, analyzing deals, estimating projects costs with realistic profits.
