I think most people are using Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Sites like Zillow, Apartments.com and even Facebook Marketplace are great places to advertise your home.

I would look for some local to you groups on and off Facebook.  

There is also have a monthly meet-up and Facebook page for investors in the Kootenays.
