Hi @Luca Giani from my understanding a quit claim deed is often used to transfer dual ownership to soul ownership since there is no protection for the buyer.

Any thoughts on agency here in Atlanta that would be great for a new agent?

Those with existing coverage for other assets may even find dual discounts.
