Renatus: real deal or real dud?
I specialized and did very well in a housing niche for many years. Renatus recently contacted me about being an instructor (‘practitioner’) for them.
I hadn’t heard of them before and wondered if anyone had an opinion to share about the organization?

They sell memberships (mentoring) for $20,000 to $30,000 per person. Most of the members try raising money by selling memberships to others for $20,000 to $30,000.
I went to a meeting and if someone is totally new to real estate they may benefit. However, my bias is that using that $20,000 to $30,000 to actually buy a house is better training.
