Interested to set up meetings in Atlanta with potential lenders (hard money as well), investors and bankers between November 20th-December 20th. 

My wife is asking for a it and she's way more intense than a banker...

@Lucas Carl I’ve reached out to a couple of realtors as well as local bankers.

Most typically to pull this off you will need a good relationship with your banker and have a track record.

I haven't gotten an estimate on the hard surfaces yet for the handicap spots, and to be honest, I don't know how much that'll cost me.I've already talked with my banker and she said that I'm good so long as it does not exceed $500k (which it won't).

I am also currently in the process of becoming an agent and think it would be beneficial to build a relationship with a banker on that front as well and I would love for them to be the same bank. 

I'm looking to line my pockets, not those of a banker, commercial or otherwise.

I have good credit and had a banker tell me they would make a loan to me and then I could switch the properties back to LLC at later date.

IF you have another deal or project that you could use the money for Id just go talk to a banker and get a line of credit secured by the land, if you dont use it it wont cost much if at all and if you do need it what ever project you use it for should be able to cover the costs of the money.
