Similar situation happening to me in Birmingham, AL. basically quoting 6,000 for a variety of things that end up being sheetrock repair in 3 places, paint the entire house, remove garbage and mow the lawn.

@john skaggs thats for the response, but i will we taking care of the Property Management and the tenets will be paying all the unities, as far as maintenance and lawn care I will do it or have a tenet to it. also no points on mortgage.
