Changing Locks

N/A N/A

Forgive me if this isnt where this post is supposed to go but this seemed like as good a place as any. I recently learned of an opportunity to to change locks for banks once the property has been foreclosed on. from what i understand, the bank would send the listing to a RE agent and I would then in turn put in a bid to change the locks and take pictures of the property but also turn in a bid to do a clean out if needed. I was wondering if anyone else has ever heard of this and if so how one would go about getting involved in this? thanks in advance.
