I'm actively looking to buy a property as a short term rental in the next thirty to sixty days. One of the areas I am strongly considering is Baton Rouge. Is there anyone in the area who has an STR that can give me some insight into the local laws, the market, and anything else that might be helpful to know. Thanks in advance for your input.
