In the coast is tricky as for nicer and more appealing areas for vacationers the real estate sky rockets.

Over the last 4 years I have been quasi "house hacking" (hopefully I don't have to pay any type of royalties to use that term) buying homes that are less than appealing, fixing them up, renting them for top dollar, and moving on to the next.

I am familiar with the 203k loan and find that quite appealing.  

We see cold feet all the time and under much more appealing circumstances.

So, it's a good market for selling the property.Even though it's old & starting to get run down, that may be appealing to buyers looking to renovate to their specifications.

Since you are busy, I'm guessing the passive aspect of turnkey appeals to you in particular, so are you comfortable giving control of property management to someone else?

Tacoma is going to look more and more appealing to the buyers getting priced out of the Seattle area. 

The 10 day (10 business days, but usually it's 3 weeks before the CT gets created/recorded) period is for appeal, and an action alleging an improper foreclosure proceeding.  

Property taxes are a bit high so I hope to appeal those next year.
