Hi, I am looking to invest in Ohio, mainly in Columbus, and Cleveland, but recently Dayton, OH got my attention in terms of affordability. 

Would this mean that purchasing an investment property in my name would be viewed as my first primary residence?

My question is do I need to be concerned and can I give the ex husband a courtesy call?

In my experience, the 2 inch blinds last longer, look way better and are worth the extra $$.

Wondering if this is just the state of the market right now, or if any of my assumptions or numbers are off.

If I have an option of doing banking at my desk instead of the branch, I'll prefer doing it at my desk.
