I've been looking into companies like Unison, Point, and Hometap, but I haven't been able to find a copy of their standard agreements online.Would anyone be willing to share a copy of a standard agreement from one of these companies (or a similar HEI provider)?

(EMD, Pre-Look, Money goes hard when, Days for due diligence, days to close, etc.)

I'd also look into his specific college/university and see if they have a business major that concentrates on real estate. 

I have been looking at houses there and I noticed that there is a College there as well.

Worried this might look sketchy to a lender.

The house was originally a mobile home that has been added onto and now 'looks' like a normal house.

Have you looked to purchase property with an existing ADU so someone else has suffered the initial negative equity and you purchase with buyer financing?

Hi everyone,This is my first post here, and I'm looking for some outside input.

I want to know if there is a point where the cost start to outweigh the benefits and if I should just look away from this study all together when it comes to the houses I would be buying. 

I can bring money and financing, and I'm looking to be boots on the ground.
