Currently I travel all over North America servicing industrial machinery.

I’ll look into that tomorrow.Galveston-wise there is def opportunity to be successful, but we will see how Covid affects the next year or two of travel.

I plan to consult an architect on whether we have space to add stairs and finish the attic, but not sure how that will shake out.  

With the flights, travel time and more family geared vacations, 30 days out is more like 10 days out in urban centers.
