My wife and I want to create a real estate LLC . What are the pros and cons of creating it as equal partners verses one of us as the sole prioritor and the other being an employee?

It depends on several factors including where you are. Each state and country has different laws when it comes to how it views martial assets. Hard to comment on anything without more information.
