There is a lot of training here but the real deal of buying your first property will get your knowledge booming!

If you're talking to a tenant about request you could also start training them to email you "so you don't forget" it.

There are all kinds of first-time buyer programs, and they should be able to get a much better interest rate than you can. 

There is a program to buy these dumps for a very small amount through the County because they want to get the houses fixed and on the tax rolls. 

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

This "re-training" has been addressed above as well but giving them the perceived control of depositing at an institution always seems to make them comfortable.
