Newly Licensed Mobile Home Dealer - Pricing

Hi There -

My wife and I own a couple of MHPs in Maine and Colorado. We just got our dealer's license for the state of Maine and are planning to use it to infill a couple of vacant lots that we have. It seems like all of the factories are totally slammed right now and really not wanting to take on new dealers. Most are slow to respond or don't respond at all. We have been using the contact info listed on 21st Mortgage Cash Program's "resources" page. https://www.21stcommunitylendi...

My question is this - does anyone have a ballpark idea of pricing from the factories vs. what our local dealers advertise? I am wondering if it is worth the wait for the factories to get caught up and be open to new partnerships or if we should just buy from a local dealer and pay a little more? Anybody have actual pricing & options sheets from one of the factories?

Thanks!

Nick Beers
