As a newbie investor, I’ve heard some conflicting information out there. Many seasoned vets have stated that they wish they would have started bigger earlier and some have stated to start small and grow. Wanted to get some of your opinions!

Have a deal I could go after but would need to bring in some investors for some good returns right off the bat.
