If I were in your shoes, I would try to house hack with a duplex or a larger home that had at lease three bedrooms to rent those out to roommates or AirBNB.

They’re quoting me a good rate but the term is only three years, or up to five years if the deal is strong enough, with amortization at 20.

First house hack (before I knew that was the term for it) I did an FHA loan with 10% down and I was pretty much breaking even while living there and renting rooms out to three friends.

Hello all, I have a small infill lot in the Sawyer heights area of Houston I'd like to put three small front to back 3 story townhouse style units on.
