IMHO you won't find the really good deals on the MLS, most Investors, (Like myself) already has access to it and will pick over what is on there.

Even if the use is authorized, what do codes say about utilities, entrance and access?

However, I have a bunch of buyers interested in it, and they have not been granting me access.

Does that include MLS access cost?

Since there is no basement, I imagine the repair involves cutting through and replacing parts of the floor to be able to access the cracked part, but I don't have any experience with this type of foundation work.

I use my realtor for access to the M.L.S and last sold price .When I talk to my agent about a house I already know a lot of info from doing my home work.
