While I am grateful for the benefit we’ve already seen from real estate investing, I am wanting to scale faster and I believe utilizing our untapped equity is a good starting point.

I recently started wholesaling real estate in the last 90 days, and I am looking to expand our business into multi family commercial as we have some cash flow now. 

Yes, we will be starting our business in 2022  in north Texas. 

Have done tons of research into taking loans etc, but probably settling on getting 20% DP and 6 months worth of monthly costs (maintenance/mortgage/utilities).Started looking to my state laws and saw I need 3 years experience to even get a MN broker license and was wondering how I should go about that.Does that mean I have to sell houses or is there a way to become an employee under an existing property manager?

We are hoping to start investing in real estate while hopefully also getting my mom a new place, but if that doesnt make financial sense then we will just get a rental property somewhere else 

It seemed like the best fit for me, i could just start fresh and put all my money towards vehicle payment and down payment savings.

I don't live in the US and I don't have another income in the US (such as employment or earned income), but I have a property that was rented starting in September 2023.

Mold and mildew may have started to grow in those areas, which can end up very bad if it gets inside wood or plaster. 

Someone needs to start a cleaning company and then build it in a few popular markets, with a high standard of work.
