Hello BiggerPockets community! I'm Zach Soder, located in Charlotte, NC. I recently started wholesaling real estate in the last 90 days, and I am looking to expand our business into multi family commercial as we have some cash flow now. 

I am a young expecting father, love to play golf now, and still love to watch baseball after my time at Belmont Abbey playing.
