It is encouraging as I believe that eventually this will result in more first time homebuyers that are fed up with paying the level of finances for a property that is not theirs.

Also - I highly encourage you to set up some Keyword Alerts for some of the topics you are knowledgeable about, or other topics that interest you (like wholesale, Houston, Rehab, etc ) so you'll be notified that those words were mentioned in the forums and can jump into those conversations!
