You can skip that month's payment & the next months giving you roughly 45-50 days without a house payment.

@Rebecca Shine We would typically email them telling them that they weren't approved if we were able to see that they had an eviction/skip history.

IOW the stats they're referring to may have come from 2018 when you could buy in certain areas for hundreds of thousands less and rock bottom interest rates. 2) the information sources often highlight the wins but spend little time talking about what didn't work because, basically, no one likes to talk about their losses and 3) they often skip the most important information - the How To.
