We leverage (insert unverifiable skill) and use sytems (i.e. we exist in the 21st century and use the internet) to do (insert thing that all PM companies do).  

With the modern world of the internet most educated people know getting a mortgage and buying a home instead of renting is better, so why would people want to rent my investment and lose money?

Newspapers, internet searches and motivated seller websites list leads for tax liens, divorces, and bankruptcy.

Just sayin the internet and social media is full of pump and dump fraudulent lenders so be cognizant of the red flags and dont hand over any money.
