I'm interested in one-on-one mentorship
I'm interested in buying more small Multi-family. I have a Quad already and the deal seems to be pretty good so far.
However, I would be interested in sitting with or Zoom with someone (for a short hour or two) who has a pretty good bit of experience in the space.
I can tell them what I know and how I've looked at deals. And they can tell me what works and what doesn't. I would be willing to pay for this if we can come to an agreeable amount.
Thank you.
