Pros - My PM is fair and honest, makes reasonable decisions, is a decent handyman, builds valuable relationships, is easy to contact, is very cost effective, strong and handsome.Cons - My PM tends to read the news and drink coffee too long in the mornings, takes too long for lunch, randomly stops working in the afternoon, will spend 8 hours working on something that takes a professional two hours, drives a crappy Ford Ranger and buys work clothes at Goodwill and is neither strong nor handsome.

We shake hands with the sub contractor and are on our way.We drive up the the street but can’t pull onto it because of the amount of cop cars.

You will, iin general,  potentially get higher returns the more risk you take.I also made the decision to invest in a higher class of property as I am just not ok with profiting off the poor (yes, i know they need houses to live in and there are folks that provide safe affordable housing) It is ok to invest in any class of property you want.

chose Ohio because it is in driving distance from hone  and has remarkable numbers and stock to last for the next few years
