We want the properties generating cash flow from the start, therefore not interesting in gut renovation projects at this moment.

It would be cool to meet up and discuss projects if you have some time. 

Craig and Mindy have really been a big part of helping bring the forms into existence and coordinating the project.

I have done a lot of research and would like to hear some more opinions on what the best type of loan I should get on my first little project.

I guess my questions to you all here is how easy (or difficult) is it to get funding for flipping projects starting out with no experience?

It has been very well taken care with the major nuts and bolts like the windows, roof etc being in good condition currently but it was basically treated as "if it's renting and not broke don't fix it".

Hey All, I'm looking to do a big project (for me, anyways) and will need outside money for the first time. 

I would be eternally grateful for any recommendations from the BP community in the Las Vegas area for such contractors.I'm looking for all trades and GC's although we will normally GC our own projects.

I'm looking for any references for a potentially full rewire, full re-plumbing, roofing, foundation, drywall, carpenters and painters.
