First Flip, what is the best type of loan?
I am starting my career as a house flipper and I can’t wait to begin. I have done a lot of research and would like to hear some more opinions on what the best type of loan I should get on my first little project. I am meeting with my mortgage lender next week to discuss options, so I was hoping to hear back from some people on what they used to get started.
Thank you guys
