I have full knowledge of how to use the mls unlike realtors I have met that we're serving food at a restaurant full time until they decided to obtain a real estate license thinking they can get rich overnight.

@Rich CeeI have a 2 million dollar umbrella policy with State Farm so though I get my normal liability coverage of 1 million, it also goes under the umbrella for an extra 2 million if I ever needed that much.

Don't get me wrong, I've been rich and I've been poor and I very much prefer rich, I just see a lot of people that see money as the goal when in reality money is just a tool to reach your goals.
