Hi,

I'm James Simpson from Fayetteville, AR. I am a junior at the University of Arkansas majoring in Finance- Real Estate & Investment.  My interest in RE investing was sparked by the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and I have continued to pursue this interest by taking classes taught at the university.  Currently, I am in the process of purchasing a duplex to rent and live in while I continue to go to school. I hope that this experience will help me to not only get my feet wet but also to grow my interest in RE. I look forward to learning and networking as much as I can through BP.
