And it's very highly unlikely that any reputable listing agent will show you another buyer's offer for any reason.Mostly likely, this will get your offer ignored, unless it's the best offer at your original price.

If you do not have an exit strategy then you run the risk of damaging your seller's credit along with your reputation as a "problem solver".If you cannot perform on the call, the lender will foreclose.Regarding taxes, I have had multiple sub2 props for over 3 years and have not had an issue.
