When a renter pays you, what are you doing to provide receipts?

Some of my best renters have had bad credit although most are due to medical bills or a divorce.

I had some in the past that really wore down my furniture prematurely.The second tip is I find my younger renters like digital payments and messaging.

this may be an after thought, but we require all tenants to have renters insurance, which would cover all of this!
